Creating Escrow

How is escrow created?
Source code escrow is created a contract based on either our standard agreements or one customized to suit you.

Who are the parties to the contract?
There are typically at least three parties to the contract:

1. Usually One Software Developer (licensor)
2. One or Several Software Customers (licensee)
3. The Escrow Agent (SCEC)
